What we collect

ClearPath Software LLC runs ClearPath. We collect your account details: name, email address, profile photo and company logo.

What you add: goals, deals, buyer details, vision board photos and captions, and support requests.

Billing: Stripe handles your payment details. We store only your Stripe customer ID and whether your subscription is active.

Usage: when you last used the app, and standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

To run the service, show you your own data, process payments, answer support requests, and send the daily motivational email if you've turned it on. We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your deals, buyers, goals and photos are visible only to you. ClearPath administrators can see account details (name, email, sign-up and last-active dates) and support requests, to run the service and help you.

We use Supabase to store data, Stripe for payments, Vercel to host the site and Resend to send email. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

If you connect your own AI app (such as Claude or ChatGPT) on the Connect your AI page, that app can read your goals, deals, buyers and vision board captions, and make changes if you allow it. Its provider handles that data under its own terms. You can disconnect it anytime.

Keeping it safe

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Photos are stored privately and shown through links that expire after an hour.

Your choices

You can edit your details, turn off the daily email, or permanently delete your account and all its data from your profile at any time.
