Using ClearPath

These terms are an agreement between you and ClearPath Software LLC and cover your use of clearpathapp.co and the ClearPath app. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You're responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done in your account.

Your content

Deals, buyers, goals and photos you add belong to you. You give ClearPath permission to store and display them to you so the service works. We don't sell your content or show it to other users.

Only upload photos and client details you have the right to use, and follow the privacy rules of your brokerage and your state.

Acceptable use

Don't try to access other people's accounts, interfere with the service, copy or resell it, or use it for anything unlawful, harassing or abusive.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your profile; access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

The numbers are a guide

ClearPath calculates totals from what you enter. It isn't accounting, tax or legal advice. Check commissions against your brokerage's records.

Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime from your profile, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, ClearPath isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We'll post changes to these terms on this page and email you about significant ones.
